O.LOO is a contemporary visual artist based in Karaganda, Kazakhstan, whose practice is devoted to oil painting on canvas. Her work examines the structures of human identity through figurative imagery, symbolism, and the language of archetypes.
Engaging with the concepts of the collective unconscious, personal mythology, and the relationship between consciousness and its concealed dimensions, O.LOO approaches the human figure as a site of inner transformation. Her paintings give form to psychological forces that often remain outside conscious recognition: the rejected aspects of the self, the tension between opposing inner states, and the archetypal presences that shape an individual’s perception of existence.
